Purpose sounds like it has to be altruistic and conjures visions of selfless figures, sacrificing everything to give to others. It can also be thought of as a nice to have, a luxury, once all our other needs have been met then we get to pursue our purpose (if we are lucky!). There's almost an elitist edge to it, which I'm just not here for!!

On Purpose
Living On Purpose isn't nice to have. It’s essential, it’s taking back your power! It’s the opposite of being selfless, it’s about being so connected to who you really are, leading from a place of intuition and authenticity that you drown out the noise of external pressure - so you live, work, lead on your own terms, not how the world taught what’s acceptable.
On Purpose means:
1, Untangling yourself from internalised conditioning (from both childhood and societal) Enabling you to see the conditioning for what it is and realise you are not the problem! Empowering you to make conscious choices, ‘on purpose’ about the way you lead, work and live, actively challenging internalised limiting narratives and systems.
2, Being intentional about who you spend your time with, relationships, work, money, health etc. Living all aspects of life ‘on purpose’ not out of obligation, people pleasing, external pressures or limiting beliefs about unworthiness, fear and doubt.
3, Accessing Flow everyday. Flow is our beautiful state where we feel most alive, happy, productive and content. Living ‘on purpose’ means actively taking steps to live in flow.
4, Being able to see to stick to things, make changes and see them through because they truly belong to you and feel completely aligned to who you really are, not living, working or leading by someone else's blueprint.
