Working and Leading On Purpose:

Corporate services and support

Doing good is good for business

Organisations should always be aware of data. And the data doesn’t lie:

  • Companies investing in social purpose have a 6% higher market value and generate 20% more revenue than companies that don’t invest in social purpose, according (Project ROI )

  • 79% of consumers are more loyal to purpose-driven brands, especially those that align with their personal values. (Nielsen, 2021)

In today’s world, modern businesses know they thrive when they focus on more than just profit, but on creating a positive, lasting impact too.

Companies that integrate social responsiveness into their core values and everyday practices discover that it not only strengthens their brand but builds deeper, more meaningful connections with customers and across every stakeholder group.

When businesses prioritise purpose (social impact) alongside profit, they stand out as authentic, responsible leaders in their industries.

But with every business being different, where do you start?

Social impact can take many forms, from how a company invests in human centred leadership, employee well-being and fostering a strong, inclusive culture, to how it engages with communities and adopts sustainable practices.

There’s been a major shift in how we define success. Growth now includes the benefits to the people and environments you touch. Today’s companies are realising that social responsiveness doesn’t have to mean grand, expensive initiatives but making meaningful, sustainable changes that add up over time and create real, long-term results.

The best leaders know that doing good is good for business. And I’m here to help you lead the way with purpose, impact, and success.

  • 55% of employees say they would work for a company with a strong focus on social responsiveness, even if the pay is lower, because they value companies with strong social values. (Gallup, 2022)

  • 70% of millennials and 65% of Gen Z are more likely to work for companies with a strong commitment to sustainability and CSR. (McKinsey & Company, 2021)

How my On Purpose approach helps:

  • Third-Party Expertise You Can Trust

As an external expert, I facilitate conversations that may be difficult to have within your organisation.

Sometimes, having an unbiased third party allows for clarity, fresh perspectives, and constructive dialogue that can shift the course of your strategy and culture.

  • Increased Accountability & Accelerating Results

Expert guidance is essential for driving meaningful change. With tailored consulting or coaching, your leaders and teams will not only gain insight but also have the accountability and tools to implement it effectively.

Together, we’ll work to accelerate your growth while ensuring that social impact is at the heart of what you do.

  • Demonstrating Real Social Impact

It's no longer enough to tick boxes and say you're socially responsible. With my coaching, you’ll learn how to authentically embed social impact into your operations, ensuring it’s part of your organisation's DNA.

This is key for demonstrating to boards and stakeholders that your commitment to social change is genuine and integral to your business success.
